Terms of Service
The basic rules that apply when you use the web games and study content provided by playbuns.
Language: this is an English translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the authoritative text; if the two differ, the Korean version governs.
1. The service
playbuns provides browser-based games and related content. The service may be improved or changed without separate notice, and may be temporarily suspended where necessary for security or operational reasons.
2. Your responsibilities
- Do not use the service for unlawful acts, system intrusion, or excessive automated requests.
- Do not redistribute or commercially exploit game code, images or text without permission.
- When following external links, check the terms of the service you arrive at.
3. Intellectual property
Unless marked otherwise, the playbuns brand, games, design, text and code belong to the operator or the rightful rights holder. Only limited personal use — playing in your browser — is permitted.
4. Financial-education content
All companies, news and prices in Moonlight Exchange are fictional. The game and Bugi's finance dictionary are general educational material. They are not investment solicitation, security recommendations, a guarantee of returns, or personalised financial advice. Real financial decisions are made on your own judgment and at your own responsibility.
5. Warranties and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor any particular learning or financial outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of a free service is limited. Liability that cannot be limited by law — including the operator's wilful misconduct or gross negligence — is not excluded.
6. Age and guardians
The service is intended for users aged 14 and over. Minors should use it together with a guardian where their local jurisdiction requires it.
7. Changes and governing law
Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply by default, and disputes are resolved under the relevant procedural and jurisdictional rules.
